David went the extra mile from the time we met until he found me a house, closed the deal, and delivered the keys. I’m really lucky to have him as my agent.

A First time home buyer's dream! New to the area from Florida, my husband and I began our home search. David responded to us immediately and made it easy for us to always reach him. He was constantly available through email, text, and phone calls. After discussing our likes/dislikes he sent us listing after listing to go through. He worked with our schedules when touring homes and again, was very available to us. Being new in the desert, David gave us insider knowledge that comes from him growing up in this area. He truly knows the market and the neighborhoods. He is also very upfront and truthful in his opinions and facts about homes and the market...

David was fantastic! He was always honest and forthright about properties and the pros and cons. He was never in a hurry for us to make a purchase! He was conscientious, attentive, and responded to us quickly. Highly recommended.

David went above and beyond to help us find and purchase the right home. His knowledge of the local market and his willingness to assist at every step were outstanding. We could have never done this without him. I would use him again and will happily recommend him.

From the moment I contacted David about seeing a home, I was impressed with his instant response. He took the time to meet with me to understand what I was looking for and where I was looking He made sure that I was pre-qualified before searching for a home so I knew the price range I could afford. I would get an email and a phone call from David as soon as a house came up that he thought I would like. He wouldn't just inundate me with emails on something I wasn't interested in. He took the time to field through the homes and helped me narrow down my selection. He was available when I needed to go out and look at homes and was there for the entire p...

David was amazing. we bought our home while living out of the area and ran into many obstacles. David was there with us through the whole process available, helpful, and nice making the process so much smoother. He was very professional and knowledgeable. David has experience and knowledge in many types of loans and processes. David was great he was so quick and willing to go to bat for us and in the end he got us our dream home and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend David 100%!

David is very professional and efficient. He responded promptly to my many questions. His suggestions and recommendations were most appreciated. I am an out-of-town seller and David made this process very smooth. We did things long distance without any problems. David helped me find the best buyer for my property. Escrow went fast. Kudos to David Foster!

David Foster sold my home as promised and so much more. As a Canadian vacation rental property owner, it was time to capture the increase in value of our Indio property. Prices were inching down daily and comps were indicating a tough go, but David assured me if we priced it right it would sell. And it did. Being an out-of-country property owner with holiday revelers pre-booked before the sales contract was written, David made certain the pre-booked guest had total enjoyment of the home during its for sale period, we honored their bookings and David ensured that the home remained intact before and during, and after our guests stay, and handily dealt...

I was very impressed with him showing us every house available in the area. He was very quick to line up houses for each day we had available to meet up with him. I have to say he took a lot of the stress out of house searching and I am very grateful to have someone like him assisting me to purchase my First home.

David was awesome to work with He was very responsive and always looking out for our best interest. I had been through one home purchase with a different realtor before this, and it was awful. So I was hesitant to let my guard down and allow a realtor to work with and for me. David not only gained my trust, but I felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of everything. If I ever decide to buy again, I have his number! I couldn't be any more appreciative of all of his hard work and efforts.
